Welcome to the first company that will be in charge of promoting, introducing and bringing Chilean gastronomy to the heart of the UK, London. We want to sweeten all palates that solely know liquid chocolate or chestnut cream, with our unique and traditional homemade delicacy, take them back in time to the deepest journey of our traditions from the center of the country, bringing them the drink that has refreshed the working class for centuries: mote con huesillos. Finally, we will land on this long journey bringing our best fusion, ancestral Mapuche-Spanish mixture, our typical holiday dish: pastel de choclo (corn pie); served, of course, in our clay pottery from Pomaire.
